SNC1W Complete Course: Grade 9 Science (De-streamed)
Everything you need to teach the de-streamed Grade 9 Science course for a full semester: six units covering biology, chemistry, physics and space, the culminating task and a final evaluation.

A complete, ready-to-teach semester of SNC1W, built on the 2022 Ontario Grade 9 Science curriculum. Every lesson is 75 minutes, and the day-by-day schedule covers 88 class periods, so it fits a standard Ontario semester.
The course opens with a STEM skills unit, then works through all four science strands, with STEM skills, coding and careers built into every unit. Every unit ends with an assessment of learning and a four-level Growing Success rubric, and Units 2 to 5 include a unit test with an answer key. The course map links all 50 specific expectations to the lessons that teach them. Labs use cheap, common materials, every hands-on activity has safety notes, and all data sets, scenarios and examples were written for these lessons.
