Questions

Right after payment you'll see a download page, and you'll get a receipt email with a link back to your files. On Etsy, your files are also under Purchases and reviews.

Each product page lists its file type. Lessons come as editable Word and PowerPoint files plus PDFs, resume templates open in Microsoft Word, and printables are PDFs that open in any PDF reader.

Yes. The courses are built on the Ontario curriculum, but the skills match what Grade 9 to 12 English, math, science, history and careers courses teach in most provinces and states. Each complete course page has a section called “Teaching outside Ontario?” that explains what transfers and what is Canada-specific. Every file is editable Word or PowerPoint, so you can swap in your own standards. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

Etsy or Gumroad calculates any sales tax at checkout based on where you live, and shows it before you pay.

Courses, units, lessons and templates are instant digital downloads, so sales are final once the files are delivered. We'll always make it right if something is wrong: if a file won't open, is missing something, or isn't what the product page described, email k9solutions.help@gmail.com or use the contact page within 30 days and we'll fix it, send a replacement or refund you. If you bought the same item twice by mistake, we'll refund the extra purchase. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Gumroad or Etsy. Try a free lesson first if you want to see the quality before you buy.

You can use them yourself, in your household, classroom or your own business. Please don't resell or share the files. See the terms page for details.
