Terms and refunds

What you're buying

Every K9solutions product is a digital file. Nothing physical is shipped. After payment you can download your files from the checkout's download page (Etsy or Gumroad) and from your receipt email.

Licence

When you buy a product, you may:

• use it yourself, as many times as you like
• use it within your own household, classroom or business
• print as many copies as you need for those uses

You may not resell, share, upload or give away the files, or claim them as your own work.

Lesson plans

Lesson plans and classroom resources from the Courses & lessons page come with their own rules.

Each paid lesson or unit is licensed to the one teacher who buys it. You may:

• use it with your own classes, every year, and adapt it to suit your students
• print or post copies for your students, including on your class's private online classroom
• share it with colleagues at your own school

You may not:

• upload it to public websites, file-sharing sites or teacher marketplaces
• sell it, or use it in anything you sell or charge for
• share it with teachers outside your school (they're welcome to buy their own copy)
• remove the K9solutions name or claim it as your own work

Free resources can be shared with anyone, as long as they stay free and keep the K9solutions name.

Refunds

Because digital files can't be returned, all sales are final. If a file is damaged, won't open, or isn't what the product page described, contact us within 30 days and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.

If you have trouble downloading or opening anything, message us with your order details and we'll help.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Etsy or Gumroad calculates and collects any sales tax at checkout, based on where you live.
